EagleOne was born from a deep compassion for people and their quality of life, in 1991, by a woman named Elizabeth Rodriguez Spreck. From this compassion grew a desire to transcend the status quo of medical care and case management. We provide high quality care, superior service, and exceptional outcomes to everyone involved in the clinical care of injured patients. Ms. Rodriguez Spreck, our President and Founder, has created one of the first woman- and minority-owned medical case management organizations in the Chicago area. Through Liz's guidance and a strong team recognized for high-quality care and measurable outcomes in the clinical process of managing injured worker claims, EagleOne has grown into a national provider over the last 25 years, offering services to middle market enterprises and Fortune 500 companies across the country. We're proud of our growth and proprietary solutions, and we remain a company that's guided by empathy, innovation, personalization, and genuine care for real people.
Our purpose is to promote wellness and restore the health and recovery as quickly and safely as possible. We accomplish this by creating a supportive team environment for our employees, patients, employers, adjusters and all parties involved. Each team member is valued, respected, promotes integrity and provides exemplary service at the highest level.
It isn't just business, it’s personal. We treat partners and patients like family and do whatever it takes to cultivate and strengthen our relationships.
Compassion is our guiding star. Our kind and experienced nurse case managers treat patients like family, and our ability to put ourselves in the shoes of our patients gives us the unique ability to help in way most can't.
Each and every patient is unique. We take pride in generating solutions that are the personalized to each patient and his/her circumstance.
We don’t just report data. We're driven to explore and innovate so we can continue to successfully find and utilize our proprietary, results-driven management system.
As I reflect over the past 30 years, I'm reminded that I'm so lucky to be doing what I truly love, and to be able to have a positive impact on human lives. Being raised as a Cuban Immigrant, my parents ingrained the importance of working hard to succeed, never giving up, and to spend my life doing something meaningful. I'm proud of the relationships I've developed over the years with our clients, healthcare providers, patients, and my extended family - my employees, who serve our customers and patients with passion and an unwavering commitment; and I'm so grateful for the people who have entrusted EagleOne with their health and happiness. I look forward to continuing to help all the people that come across my path during their journey through injury and healing.
